All orders include tracking at no extra charge.
Carriers
We ship with a mix of trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and/or Purolator, depending on your location and the size of your order. The best available carrier will be selected for your shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it was placed.
Order Processing
- All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, typically within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day
- We do not ship on weekends or Canadian public holidays
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Unexpected Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions — especially during holidays and sale periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
